Cycle Tracking Reflections
When and if you feel ready for further introspection in each menstrual/moon phase, the following are brilliant journalling prompts via Maisie Hill’s, “Period Power”.
“For the days when you want to explore your mood and experiences more deeply, here are some questions to reflect on:”
Is this a phase where you feel at home, or at sea?
What feels easy for you today? What feels hard?
What needs do you have emotionally, physically, spiritually, and practically? How can you tend to them in this cycle and in future cycles?
What parts of your personality are in play during this phase of your cycle? How are they helping or hindering you?
What, or who, are you drawn to or repelled by? How does that feel?
How do you feel about your relationship with yourself in this phase, how are you talking to yourself?
How do you feel about your relationship with others in this phase, how are you talking to others?
Are you being kind to yourself, and if not, why not?
How do the people around you react to you when you’re in the phase, and how do their reactions feel to you?
What challenges are you facing, how can you support yourself and how can you ask for support?
What is your deepest desire today, and how does that relate to where you are in your cycle and your life right now?
What is your deepest fear today, how does that relate to where you are in your cycle and your life right now?
If there was one thin you could somehow improve today, what would it be?
What can you be proud of yourself for today?
What are you grateful for today?
Where do you get stuck or come undone?
What are your natural talents in each phase, and how can you elevate them or make them seen/heard by others?
What support can you give yourself or ask of others in each phase?
