Loving Kindness Meditation

This meditation is called Metta Meditation. It is from the Buddhist tradition and translated means “Loving Kindness.”

It is a beautiful compliment to our money work as I have found it profoundly helpful in my journey of cultivating forgiveness and compassion - for myself.

I recommend making a ritual out of it. Set yourself up cozy, light a candle, set your sacred space.
