RETURN TO THE WELL: A CELTIC JOURNEY OF RECOVERY
RETREAT FOR WOMEN
County Wicklow, Ireland
Reclaim wonder. Reconnect with your inner well. Remember who you are.
There comes a time when your body, your spirit, your heart - all whisper the same thing: It’s time to return to the well.
Not because you’re broken.
Not because you need fixing.
But because you are ready to reconnect to yourself in a deeper way - on storied land that has held women’s healing for centuries.
This seven night retreat invites women in or seeking recovery to reflect, connect, and explore Ireland’s Ancient East in and around Wicklow which is often referred to as the ‘Garden of Ireland.’
Inspired by the Celtic Goddess / Saint Brigid, we’ll gather in sacred places, walk ancient monastic trails, and share rituals that honour our resilience and creativity. Back at our 18thcentury farmhouse retreat venue, we’ll enjoy yoga with Taryn, sharing circles, and - when needed - naps. Over the week, we’ll reconnect with what nourishes us most deeply - our own inner wellspring of strength, wisdom, and grace.
Why Brigid? Brigid is one of Ireland’s most beloved figures - a goddess of the Tuatha Dé Danann and, later, a saint. She embodies healing, poetry, fire, and the forging of new paths. In this retreat, we’ll invoke her spirit as guide and inspiration for our own journeys of recovery and renewal.
What Awaits You at Return to the Well:
This is more than a getaway. It’s a return to the truth of who you are - without the noise, expectations, or demands of home.
Over our time together, you’ll experience:
Opening and closing ceremony
Trauma informed yoga with Taryn
Irish Storytelling and Folklore with Sally
Evening sharing circles that foster connection and belonging
Time for rest and reflection - quiet walks, journaling, and simply being
Bealtaine Ritual
Adventure and exploration of Ireland’s Ancient East
Everything we offer is an invitation - not a requirement. Participate in as much or as little as you feel called to. This is your space to honour what you need, moment by moment.
