Since this phase is about PLEASURE, I suggest reaching for any essential oils that you love the most! In the videos below, I dive into lavender and ylang ylang.
Lavender is the Oil of Communication - a wonderful ally for our clear communication this time of our cycle! It is also cooling which can be very supportive for any firey, summery energy.
Ylang Ylang is considered an aphrodisiac - the perfect ally for pleasure whether it is self love or intimacy with a partner.
