Cycle Tracking

“At her first bleed a woman meets her power.

During her bleeding years she practices it.

At menopause she becomes it.”

- Native American saying

Some say that Cycle Tracking is a spiritual practice, and I couldn’t agree more! In my experience, self awareness is always the first step to growth, evolution, expansion and healing.

So, of course, Cycle Tracking is a great place to start. Perhaps you have been tracking your inner rhythms already, and perhaps this is brand new to you. Exciting, either way. And remember, you don’t have to be menstruating to benefit from Cycle Tracking. You will be tracking your inner rhythms in alignment with the phases of the moon - which is just as potent and powerful! The images below illustrate the associated archetypal seasons and moon phases if you are not tracking menstruation.

After a few months of tracking, you will have the ability to look back and you may start to notice some patterns…

As you start to cultivate awareness and you will discover how to attune your daily life with your inner cycle and rhythms, where possible.  You will be able to hold yourself with more compassion, understanding and self acceptance.

You will feel empowered to set boundaries, protect your energy, say yes or say no! You will be inspired to refine and make adjustments along your journey. Remember - the smallest actions - consistently over time - have the greatest impact.

There is no right or wrong way to Cycle Track. Over time, you will find the way that feels most aligned to YOU. Have fun exploring!

Here are the tracking resources that I personally use/have used:
