Recovery is not only from substances. It is from anything that pulls you away from yourself, anything that leaves you depleted, disconnected, or unworthy of your own care. In Your Recovery, all of it belongs. You may be recovering from:

  • Substance use: The cycle of numbing, escaping, or coping in ways that leave you further from yourself.

  • Perfectionism and self-criticism: The endless pressure to get it all right, never feeling “enough,” and the tender work of loosening those rules.

  • Love or sex addiction: Losing yourself in relationships, confusing intensity for intimacy, or searching for worth in another’s arms.

  • Gambling, gaming, or shopping addiction: The rush of distraction, followed by the quiet shame when the relief fades.

  • Chronic stress or persistent anxiety: Living in survival mode, bracing for the next wave, longing for a nervous system that feels steady and safe.

  • Grief and loss: The ache of absence, the hollow spaces left behind, and the slow, sacred process of reorienting.

  • Codependency: Carrying the weight of someone else’s struggles, forgetting your own needs, and yearning to reclaim your boundaries and selfhood.

  • Burnout from overworking or caregiving: Running on empty, giving until nothing is left, and remembering what it feels like to rest, restore, and receive.

  • Losing yourself in motherhood or people-pleasing: forgetting your own voice while tending to everyone else - and beginning the brave journey back to yourself.

  • Trauma (childhood, relational, systemic): The imprints that linger in your body and nervous system, shaping how safe the world feels.

  • Divorce, separation, or heartbreak: The unraveling of a relationship, the grief of endings, and the courage to rebuild.

  • Isolation and disconnection: The ache of feeling unseen or misunderstood, and the longing for community and belonging.

  • Scrolling, phone, or tech dependence: Reaching for the screen to numb or distract, losing hours to endless feeds, and the quiet longing to be more present in your own life.

We all have our coping mechanisms.

In recovery, it’s common to swap one for another.
Give up drinking, but start overworking.
Walk away from a toxic relationship, but lose yourself in caretaking.
Scroll, spend, numb, stay busy… all in an effort to soothe the pain underneath.

Here in Your Recovery, we won’t shame those patterns.
We’ll gently explore them.
We’ll use them as a pathway to what’s underneath-the wound, the story, the root.

Because when we meet the root with compassion, we begin to reclaim our power.

Recovery isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes, it looks like:

This is a 1:1 space to feel seen, supported, and steady in your recovery - without rushing, forcing, or trying to “fix” yourself.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • 12 Weekly Sessions over 3 months (Zoom Video)

  • Custom Aromatherapy Ritual Bundle - tailored to your emotional + energetic needs. (Only available for clients in North America.)

  • WhatsApp Support, as needed, between sessions (Monday–Friday)
