YOUR RECOVERY

Private 1:1 Recovery Coaching for women ready to explore life without substances.

There's a kind of tired that sleep doesn't fix.

It's the tired that comes from carrying something heavy alone.
From managing what you don't want anyone to see.
From making promises to yourself you can't seem to keep.

If you've been here, if you know this exhaustion, this space is for you.

Maybe You're Here Because...

You've been trying to do this on your own.

Maybe it's the third glass of wine that's become a nightly ritual.

The substance you swore you'd only use occasionally.

The nights that spiral further than you planned - and the shame you carry in the aftermath.

Maybe it's the way you track, justify, manage - always thinking about when you can drink or use next, how much, who's watching.

And maybe you look like you have it together - successful, capable, high-functioning - but inside, something feels like it's unraveling.

You're not the stereotype.

You have a career, maybe a family, a life that looks good from the outside.
But the secret you're carrying? It's heavy.

And you're starting to wonder:

  • What if I can't keep doing this?

  • What if I'm not "bad enough" to ask for help?

  • What if sobriety means losing the parts of myself I actually like?

If there's a quiet recognition, a whisper of "yes, that's me" - then it's likely time for a new path forward.

(But you already know that.)

This Work Is For You

This is for women navigating their relationship with alcohol, drugs, or any substance that's become more than it was meant to be.

And here's what I've learned: recovery doesn't end when we put down the substance.

Often, we just trade one coping mechanism for another. We give up alcohol and start overworking. We stop using and lose ourselves in caretaking. We stop numbing one way and start numbing another.

Because underneath it all, there's usually something we've been trying not to feel.

Here in Your Recovery, we'll gently explore what's been buried underneath - so you're not just white-knuckling sobriety, but actually healing what made you reach for relief in the first place.

This is how you reclaim your power to rise into the life that awaits.

What You Might Be Feeling Right Now

Maybe you've tried to quit before. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even started therapy or joined a group. But something still feels stuck.

You might find yourself:

  • Swinging between "I can do this" and complete overwhelm

  • Breaking promises to yourself, again and again

  • Numbing in other ways when you're not drinking - phone, food, shopping, staying busy

  • Struggling to set boundaries without drowning in guilt

  • Carrying shame about your past, unsure who to trust with the truth

  • Trying to hold everyone else together while you're quietly falling apart

  • Living with anxiety that has nowhere to land

  • Repeating patterns you know aren't working - but not knowing how to stop

  • Feeling disconnected from your body, your voice, your needs

And beneath it all, you might be afraid.

Afraid that life without it will be boring. That you'll lose your spontaneity, your edge, your fun. That your relationships will change. That everyone will judge you. That life will lose its color.
That you'll fail. Again.

I hear you.

You don't have to hit rock bottom to deserve support.
You don't have to lose everything to be worthy of care.

If you're here, reading this, feeling the pull - that's enough.

What Becomes Possible

This work isn't about perfection. It's not about "getting it right."
It's about coming home to yourself.

When we work together, you won't suddenly have everything figured out. Life won't become easy.

But you will feel supported - not because the hard parts disappear, but because you're not carrying them alone anymore.

Over time, you may notice:

You trust yourself again - or maybe, for the first time
You're not white-knuckling it - you have tools that actually soothe your nervous system
You can set boundaries and say no - to the drink, to the people, to the old patterns - without drowning in guilt
You feel present with the people you love - less reactive, more anchored
You're building a life you don't want to numb out of - rooted in your values, your truth, your becoming

You're not just sober.
You're coming home to yourself.

What a Session Looks Like

Each session is a sacred space just for you - a pause in the rush of life to come home to yourself and to your recovery.

As a somatic practitioner, I believe that true healing isn't only found in the mind - it's held in the body.

So often, recovery is focused on "talking about it" or shifting mindset alone. But many of the patterns, cravings, and protective responses we struggle with live deeper - in the nervous system.

We work somatically, meaning we engage your body, not just your mind. Because cravings and patterns live in your nervous system, we meet them there through breath, sensation, gentle movement, and ritual.

We begin by arriving in the body - through somatic practices that help regulate your nervous system and shift patterns from the inside out. Embodied transformation that lasts.

From there, the session may include guided visualization to access your inner wisdom, journaling prompts to give voice to what you're discovering, and for those who love aromatherapy, essential oils woven throughout as a powerful ally to calm cravings, ease anxiety, and anchor you in the rituals of recovery.

Every session follows your body's cues and your soul's needs, meeting you exactly where you are on your journey.

What We'll Work On Together

This is a 1:1 space - sacred, private, just for you.
A place to be seen, held, and supported without rushing, forcing, or trying to "fix" yourself.

Together, we'll explore:

Nervous system support + cravings: Why your body reaches for relief - and how to soothe yourself without substances

The shame spiral: Breaking the cycle of guilt, self-criticism, and the stories you've been telling yourself

Boundaries, self-trust, and keeping promises to yourself: Learning to say no without guilt

Navigating your life in recovery: Social situations, what to tell people, finding your rhythm without the substance that once held you

Who you are without it: Rediscovering your identity, your joy, your aliveness beyond the coping

Rituals that actually support your recovery: Daily practices that ground your nervous system and give you something to reach for

Building a life you don't want to numb out of: Not just sobriety - but a life rooted in your values, your truth, your becoming

How We'll Work Together

Recovery is not one-size-fits-all.

There are seasons when we need steady rhythm and deep transformation - and other times when we need flexible support we can return to as needed.

Your Recovery offers two pathways, so you can choose what best serves you right now.

OPTION 1: The Threshold

3 Months | $3000 CAD (3 monthly payments of $1000) or $2750 CAD (pay in full - save $250)

A season-long passage of somatic recovery coaching.

You'll come home to your body, build the tools and practices that will hold you, root into your inherent worth, rebuild trust and confidence in yourself, and recover the parts of you once left behind.

This is where you cross into a new chapter - not just sober or substance-free, but truly coming home to yourself. With consistent support over nine sessions, you'll have the time and space for real transformation to take root.

What's included:

  • Nine 60-minute sessions over 3 months. (3 sessions per month, over 3 months)

  • WhatsApp Support: Up to 30 minutes per week via text/voicenote (24-hour turnaround Mon-Fri)

  • Custom Ritual Bundle (essential oils + herbs) mailed to you to anchor your healing

OPTION 2: The Foundation

3 Sessions | $600 CAD

Three 60-minute weekly sessions to start unwinding the patterns that keep you reaching for substances, support your nervous system, and build rituals that ground you without numbing.

It's enough time to feel what becomes possible when you're not carrying your recovery alone. Many women realize they're ready for the deeper work of The Threshold - and when they do, this investment becomes part of that journey.

Your $600 applies toward The Threshold if you choose to continue within 2 weeks.

We offer partial scholarships to folks are on a journey of healing from economic marginalization.

Scholarship spots are limited - please consider your proximity to power when applying.

YOUR RECOVERY APPLICATION FORM

If you've landed here, I trust it's not by accident. There is something in you - quiet and wise - that knows it's time. Not to be perfect. Not to be healed. But to be held.

If you're ready to begin your recovery in a way that's soft, sacred, and steady - I would be honored to walk beside you.

You're not too late. You're not too far gone. You're not broken.

You're just at the beginning of coming home to yourself.

With love,
Taryn
